This Manual is part of the complete revision of the Coast Guard's family of boat crew training and qualification publications. These publications are being revised to reflect the best and safest practices in the Coast Guard Auxiliary fleet. 5. RESPONSIBILITY. Commandant (CG-3PCX-2) is responsible for the content and upkeep of this Manual.
