More than 2,000 onsite participants from all continents representing governments, intergovernmental organizations, private sector, civil society and the technical community participated. The forum played a key role in facilitating policy debates and identifying emerging issues for discussion on topics such as Net Neutrality; the Internet Assigned Numbers Authority (IANA) stewardship transition and pressing questions about Human Rights online, among many others.
