Book excerpt: Earth's humans have discovered two inhabitable planets orbiting a binary star system. They recently received the "second gifts from the gods" which included an interstellar propulsion system. They knew the Pleiadians were also planning to invade the planets resulting in a race to get there before the enemy aliens. The occupation of Telassar was successful, but the invasion of Samarra proved much more difficult. The planet shifted on its axis at the same time the enemy landed to confront the Americans who were defending the planet. The blizzard conditions and the American paratroopers defeated the enemy aliens who then retreated to plan their next invasion of the outer planet Triadore.
