The terminal inspection system is being maintained in Ari zona, Arkansas, California, District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Oregon, Puerto Rico Utah, and Washington. The list of plants subject to such inspection 1s given on the following pages at the close of the summary for each of the above States, District, or Territory. Materials shipped under certification of the Bureau of Entomology and Plant Quarantine are not exempt from terminal inspection.
