Book excerpt: In this revolutionary work, the author sets the stage for the science ofthe 21st Century, pursuing an unprecedented synthesis of fields previouslyconsidered unrelated. A higher-order covariant theory is required to accommodate thefundamental effect of high-level intelligence.
