Sessions are suspended on the evenings of legal holidays, on the Friday following Thanksgiving, and from the second Frida preceding Christmas Day to and ncluding the first day of t e following January; but when the first day of January of any year falls later than Tuesday of any week, the sessions are suspended on the remain ing days of that week.
