Converselyformostyouth,theirexperiencewith socialservicesandprobationdepartmentshas resultedinongoingdelinquencyandtheyouth transitioningintotheadultCriminalJusticeSystem. However,goodparentingisthegatekeepertothe criminaljusticesystem.
