Our theme was “Smart Technology and Creative Economy Transformation to Support Post-Pandemic Development”. We used a double-blind review to ensure the quality of papers. Reviewers were not allowed to know the identity of the authors. Contributions of the ICMS conference to academia and society are: 1. Building a network between universities in Asia, 2.
