He married Eunice Shore, daughter of Sampson Shore and Abigail Benson, in 1658. They had five children. He died in about 1707 in Exeter, New Hampshire. Ancestors, descendants and relatives lived mainly in England, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio and Illinois.
