This article describes the importance of high school concussion training for staff, coaches, students, parents/guardians, and the community. A detailed step-by-step description of how to create a high school concussion program is discussed. The article defines concussion, discusses prevention and education related to adolescent sports, and explains assessment, clinical management, and return to play activity.
