It addresses some of the main questions in the United Nations Ocean Decade initiative that aims to change how humans deal with the ocean. This unique book will stimulate a broad way of thinking by connecting analytical science thinking and intuition. In the book's first part, art is used to connect science and art. This knowledge is then applied inpart II of the book, written in two modes: a concerned science mode and an intuitive, artistic mode in which the ocean is given a voice. Part II illustrates how science and art can be connected to increase our awareness of the state of the ocean and support behavioral change.
