Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: I was born on May 1, 1973, in Easley, South Carolina. My momma was young when she gave birth to me. We lived with my grandparents. They watched me while Momma worked. When Momma turned nineteen years old, she wanted to be on her own. I was five years old and my brother was a baby. I’m the eldest among two brothers and a sister. The reason for writing my book is to basically give to all women insight on the good, the bad, and the ugly of my life. I want to tell them how I overcame my trials and how my trials made me a stronger woman because there are women out there who are going through things as I have or even worse, and this will basically give me a chance to tell my story to women everywhere.
