This book was released on 1996 with total page 5 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Solar water heating system is optimized via a computer simulator. The simulator is equipped with an automatic stop flow system. When collector temperature is lower than storage temperature, storage flow will automatically stop and the temperature of the storage tank will remain constants. For the optimization process the simulator will control the floe rate of solar collector parameter and the storage tank parameter. The simulation is derived from mathematical model of solar water heating system and is programmed using Borland C++ version 3.1. The data for weather system that was used in the simulator was taken from the actual weather condition in Bangi, Selangor (3.02North). It will represent Malaysia's weather conditions. Two months' data (Jan & Feb., 1994) were hourly collected for insolation and ambient temperature. In the simulation program, the user is asked to input the value of the parameters for the collector, storage tank ...
