Art. 6. At all meetings of the Board of Managers three members shall be necessary to form a quorum. Art. 7. The Resident shall preside at all meetings of the Society and Board, unless providentially absent, when the Vice President shall a preside, or in his absence a chairman, chosen by nomination without Q debate.
