This paper estimates and compares this time to the corresponding time on the traditional market. The study area comprises of states and cities across the United States with a dataset of thousands of Internet office properties. The average time reduction on the Internet was approximately estimated as 50% for leases and 10-15% for sales compared to the time on the traditional market.
