Managers can be effective only when there is a positive work culture that encourages employees to enjoy their work. Overcoming competition requires a strong culture organizational that allows for better collaboration and communication. The three determinants (managerial effectiveness, culture organizational and corporate excellence) have been examined together. As a result, the primary goal of this research is to investigate the probable differences in culture organizational and leadership styles between public and private businesses in India, as well as their impact on organizational performance.
