This study examines the lived experiences of African American high school students who participated in the one week Web-based Financial Literacy Training Residency Program (WBFLTRP) on the campus of Robert Morris University. Phase one included a field observations of 49 participants, and phase two used the Practical Money Skills for Life (PMSL) website as the basis for instruction, assessment, and evaluation.
